Cyber Challenge

Security culture isn’t a PowerPoint.
It’s built when people hack together.

Why Cyber Challenge?

You can't present your way to a security culture

Why not?

  • Employees click straight through e-learnings.
  • Awareness posters become wallpaper.
  • Security stays “the IT department’s problem” until someone
    clicks the wrong link
Experiences stick

When a developer exploits a SQL injection themselves, when a CIO helps their team find a flag, that's when security stops being abstract.

Testimonial from other clients

Here's what SJ said afterwards

”Having developers, operations, and management solving cybersecurity challenges together was incredibly valuable. The Cyberchallenge format really puts cybersecurity on the map across the whole organization in a way that actually sticks.”
Philip Ellison
Engineering Manager Cyber Security, SJ

Program format

One day. Small teams. Real hacking.

Irori Cyberchallenge is a Capture the Flag competition where your people are split into cross-functional teams and solve real security challenges under time pressure.

The format is the same one used in the world’s largest corporate cybersecurity
competitions. The challenges are built on Hack The Box, the industry standard for
professional CTF.

Difficulty scales from “Very Easy” to “Insane.” A newly hired developer can
contribute meaningfully on the same team as an experienced security specialist.

Program Overview

Four things you take back into the organization

A shared language for security

When leadership and engineers have been on the same team, the security conversations that follow get easier, and it opens the door to truly valuable discussions about incident response.

A security culture that’s second nature

Practically exploiting a vulnerability delivers insights that change individuals. Security stops being a mandatory checklist item and becomes part of the culture.

Uncover your hidden talent

Almost every time there are people with unexpectedly deep security skills who have never been seen. The CTF makes them visible, and it’s often the single most valuable discovery.

Business continuity becomes part of the strategy

Greater understanding in the leadership team means security is no longer seen as a line-item cost, but part of the strategy for securing the continuity and value of the business.
